HT is a state of the art, Fire Retardant, Ultraviolet Stabilized, Warp Knitted, 100% Polypropylene, Multifilament, shade cloth, designed for use in HT structures, Architectural Shade Sails and shade structured, Commercial shade structures, and Domestic shade structures.
Warranty:
Industrial warrants that, the HT, Polypropylene retardant, UV stabilized, Multifilament fabrics, will not exhibit significant deterioration from Ultraviolet exposure only, for a period of 8 years, from the date of purchase.
Industrial will not be held responsible to replace any portion of the fabric which exhibits no evidence of material degradation, caused by Ultraviolet light. The warranty does not extend beyond the resistance to UV degradation.
If the fabric does exhibit significant deterioration caused by UV light, during the warranty period of 8 years, then Industrial, will only after extensive testing of the fabric, replace the portion of fabric exhibiting significant deterioration.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the HT, and no claims for reimbursement of installation expenses, or any consequential clams, indirect or direct, will be entertained. Industrial accepts no responsibility whatsoever for damage or injuries caused through failure of the fabric, of failure of any part of any structure, to any party or property. It is the responsibility of the party using the HT, to ensure that the fabric is free of possible mechanical flaws, and is suitable for the application, before the fabric is erected.
